I acknowledge that the Program Overview contains confidential information of American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. ("American Express"). I, individually and on behalf of Merchant, agree to safeguard all confidential information and not disclose any such information to any third party except with the prior written consent of American Express. My agreement shall survive any termination of employment (for any or no reason) between myself and Merchant.
